Where can I pay my water bill in Florida?

The office is not open to the general public. Only available at night. Monday through Friday, payments are collected.
- Pay at any AMSCOT location in Florida.
- Payments received by 8 p.m. will be credited to your account the next business day at 8 a.m.
- Method of payment:
Outside of the “Pay in Person centers” indicated above, only Florida AMSCOT facilities are allowed payment places. Payments left at any other location are not instantly processed or deposited to your account, which may cause payment posting delays and/or service interruptions.

In Florida, how do I pay my water bill online?
Logging into your account will allow you to request a payment extension.
You have the following choices for paying your water bill online:
- Use your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card to make a one-time payment. A $3.95 fee will be charged by the credit card processing business.
- Use your bank account to make a one-time payment. This service is completely free. Make a note of your bank account and routing number.
To make a one-time payment with your bank account or credit card, create or log into your Water and Sewer account.
If your property’s water was turned off due to non-payment and you make a payment, you must contact the Customer Care Center at 305-665-7477 as soon as possible. Your service will be reconnected by midnight if you call before 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; otherwise, it will be reconnected by 10 a.m. the next day. If you call before 3 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday, service will be restored the same day; otherwise, service will be restored by 10 a.m. the next day. By contacting to request service reconnection, you acknowledge that you are responsible for turning off all fixtures to prevent water loss and/or property damage. If there is proof of water registering at the meter, the service will not be reconnected. For each visit required to reconnect the service, a $35.00 reconnection fee will be applied to your account.
What is the best way for me to pay my TECO bill?
You can pay your bill in person at one of our third-party partner, Western Union’s, numerous nationwide payment locations. For a convenience fee*, all locations offer same-day payment transmission (by 4 p.m.) and extended business hours.
If making a payment in person, please have your account number or bill handy. Credit cards and cheques are not accepted by Western Union.
* Western Union charges a $1.50 convenience fee to conduct your transaction. This charge is non-refundable and does not go to Tampa Electric in any way.

You assume the risk that the payment will be relayed to Tampa Electric in a timely manner by this unauthorized entity. Your account may be charged late fees or your service may be disconnected as a result of such failures.

In West Palm Beach, where can I pay my FPL bill?
Customers can pay their FPL bills in person through FPL’s partnership with independent third-party merchants. Authorized walk-in payment sites, which accept cash payments and are conveniently placed throughout our service zone, are available. There is a $1.50 fee-based network of fee-based agents to give you with a bigger base of permitted walk-in payment sites. The fee covers the cost of processing a payment at the payment location. FPL does not receive any of this money.
