You agree to pay the Service’s monthly service charge, which includes a variety of fees, taxes, and governmental or regulatory surcharges such as administrative fees and universal service fund surcharges. C Spire maintains the right to change the cost for the Service at any time. Taxes and levies can change at any time. If you do not pay the sums due and owing on the Account in a timely manner, your Service will be canceled. Additional charges for services such as operator and directory assistance, voicemail, call forwarding, data calls, messages, and Internet access may apply depending on your Service.
Billing for your Service will commence immediately after it is activated. Your initial bill will include a prorated fee for the current month as well as a monthly charge for the calendar month following. The prorated charge for the month in which Service was activated is calculated as follows: the monthly charge for your Service multiplied by a fraction with the numerator equal to the number of calendar days from the date of Service activation until the end of the calendar month and the denominator equal to the number of calendar days in the month in which Service was activated. Following that, you will be invoiced in advance for the following month’s Service. The monthly prepaid Service is non-refundable.
We shall continue to supply you Service until the end of the calendar month for which you have paid for Service, unless C Spire terminates it for your default or for another reason indicated in this Service Agreement.

Customer shall return and/or provide Company with the ability to remove the Equipment from the Premises upon termination of this Agreement. Customer will pay Company one half (1/2) of the price of the Equipment at the time of installation for unreturned or unrecoverable Equipment.
