What is the location of my Shaw account number?
- When you logon into My Shaw, your account number appears beneath the Welcome welcome on the webpage.
- If you go to My Shaw’s Account overview and click View my Bill, you can see your account number on your actual bill.
- Your Shaw bill reads as follows: See YOUR ACCOUNT at the upper left corner of the bill under your name (as shown in the image below beside item #1).

Call 1-888-472-2222 or dial 611 from your Shaw Mobile mobile to talk with a representative. When phoning Customer Care via a Shaw Mobile device, calls are free.
What happens if a Shaw bill isn’t paid?
Your services may be terminated or cancelled if you continue to skip payments. Your current phone number may be lost if you cancel.
You must settle the outstanding balance on your account to avoid suspension or cancellation of your service. Any unpaid MyTab balance will be payable in the event of cancellation.
What is the cost of my Shaw bill this month?
Go to my.shaw.ca to learn more. Use your Shaw ID and password to log in. To discover your current amount and due date, go to My Bills and scroll down to Account Overview.
What is the username for my Shaw account?
Fill in the following details: cusadmin is the user name. Password: The white label on the top or side of your modem contains this information.
Do you get paper bills from Shaw?
You can either have paper bills addressed to you or sign up for eBilling to receive them via email. Check out How to Subscribe to eBills for additional details.
You will never longer receive paper bills once you have signed up for eBill. If you ever need a copy of your bill, simply log into your My Shaw account and print it. You can look up bills from the last 24 months. Check out How to View Past Bills for more information.
Approximately 10 business days before your billing date, your bill should arrive in the mail. It’s worth noting that this doesn’t account for Canada Post’s service outages. You can access your bill and check your current balance at any time.
