What happens if your prepaid phone bill isn’t paid?
If you have insufficient funds in your account to cover the whole monthly access charge and are on a monthly prepaid plan, you will not be able to use your device until you have paid the full monthly access fee.
Note that the due date for your monthly access charge is distinct from the account expiration date, which is determined by the last time you made a payment to your prepaid account. Any remaining amount and your mobile number may be forfeited if you do not make a payment to your account before the expiration date.
