How do I check the amount on my MyRogers phone?
- Register for a MyRogers account.
- You can retrieve your MyRogers username or password if you’re having trouble signing in.
- Have you created a MyRogers account yet? To control your services, create an account.
- Under Current Account Balance on the Overview tab, you’ll find your account balance and expiration date.
Dial *225 from your wireless phone to check your account balance and expiration date at any time (it’s a free call).

Steps to take on the internet:

- Select Connect a second account
- Choose the account type you want to add:
- You’ll need to provide the account’s 9- or 12-digit account number as well as the accompanying postal code for wireless or cable services.
- Your account number can be found on your bill, in the email notification that your online bill is available, or in your service agreement.
- You’ll need to enter your phone number and 4-digit account PIN for a Pay As You GoTM account.
