Hello, Michael – Unfortunately, the grid is controlled by DocumentProperties > Grid and per display mode (in your instance, Options > View > Display modes >Shaded > Grid). ‘Use document setting’ is one of the options in the display mode grid settings, and it should set things up the way you want them.
