Do I have to clear my entire outstanding balance at the end of each month?
You have the choice of paying the full amount available or as little as 5% of your outstanding balance or PKR 1,000, whichever is greater.
How do I make my monthly payments?
- Cheques can be deposited at any of our Drop Box facilities, which are located throughout the Faysal Bank network. Please do not put money in any of the drop boxes.

If I withdraw cash from my assigned credit limit, then how much service fees will I be charged?
For example, if you conduct a cash transaction of PKR 10,000 on January 10th and your bill is created on January 20th, you will be charged a service fee of PKR 119.17 on the same bill, and your total outstanding amount will be PKR 10,119.17.
The above computation is based on a 39 percent APR assumption. The service fees, however, may alter as stated through the Schedule of Charges from time to time, but the method of calculation will stay the same. From the date of the transaction until the time your full payment is posted, service fees will be applied on the daily unpaid balance of your Faysal Bank Blaze Credit Card account.
Are Utility Bill payments considered a cash transaction or a retail transaction?
Payment of a utility bill is considered a retail transaction. Conducting such transactions may also earn you reward points.
How is mark-up on the Installment Plan calculated?
The mark-up rate is multiplied by the main amount to determine your mark-up.
For example, on a PKR 120,000 installment plan with a 24-month term, your monthly mark-up will be computed by multiplying the mark-up rate by the principal amount.
PKR 120,000 (principal) x 0.02 (monthly mark-up rate) = PKR 2,400
As previously stated, the mark-up is calculated monthly on your transaction amount using a 2% monthly mark-up rate assumption. The mark-up rate for the Installment Plan may change from time to time as notified in the Schedule of Charges, but the method of calculation stays the same.
How is your monthly installment amount calculated?
Using the example above, if you booked a PKR 120,000 Installment Plan for 24 months:
The principle component of your monthly payment is computed by multiplying the factor listed in the table below by the principal amount, i.e.
As stated above, your monthly principal component for the next 23 months will be PKR 4,992, and the remaining principal amount will be included in your final monthly principal component. As a result, your last major component for the month will be PKR 5,184.

If you conduct a retail transaction of PKR 15,000 on the 10th of January, your bill is generated on the 20th of January, and you make a minimum payment of PKR 750 on the 7th of February, you will be charged a service fee of PKR 671.13 in the next bill generated on the 20th of February, and your total outstanding will be PKR 14,921.13.
Another example is if you make a cash transaction of PKR 10,000 on January 10th and your bill is created on January 20th, you would be charged a service fee of PKR 119.17 on the same bill, and your total outstanding will be PKR 10,119.17.
The preceding figures are based on a 39 percent APR assumption. The service fees, however, may alter as stated through the Schedule of Charges from time to time, but the method of calculation will stay the same.
From the transaction date to the day the statement is generated, service fees will be imposed on each retail transaction. If you pay the minimum amount or any amount less than the entire balance by the payment due date for retail transactions, service fees will be imposed from the transaction date to the payment posting date for the transactions covered by the payment. From the billing cycle date to the day the next Statement of Account is generated, a service fee will be imposed on the unpaid balance. If complete payment is received by the payment due date for all retail transactions, no service fees will be applied.
What if I have a discrepancy / error on my monthly statement?
If you find an error on your monthly bill, call the Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06 within 14 days of receiving it to report it.
Keep all of your sales slips and printed receipts to double-check statement entries. This will assist you in keeping track of all of your transactions.
How do I keep a record of my Blaze reward points?
Your monthly Faysal Bank Blaze Credit Card statement will show the status of your Blaze reward points. You can also check your Blaze Reward Points balance using ORIX terminals at select redemption partner locations, or call the Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06 for a Reward Points update.
Can I make multiple purchases using my Blaze reward points?
Yes! You can use your instant reward points to make several purchases at different locations as long as the amount is equal to or less than the total Blaze reward points obtained. You can also use your Faysal Bank Blaze Credit Card to pay for goods that are more expensive than the value of your accrued Blaze reward points.
Can my Faysal Bank Supplementary Blaze Credit Card earn Blaze reward points?
On the primary card member’s account, transactions conducted on a Faysal Bank Supplementary Blaze Credit Card will earn Blaze reward points. They will appear on the primary card member’s monthly Faysal Bank Blaze Credit Card statement and can only be used by the primary card user for redemption.
What happens to my Blaze reward points if my Faysal Bank Blaze Credit Card is upgraded or downgraded?
Your Blaze reward points will be transferred to your new Faysal Bank Credit Card account if you upgrade or downgrade.
Do I have to pay a fee to participate in the Blaze rewards program?
There is no charge. When you receive your Faysal Bank Blaze Credit Card, you will be automatically enrolled in the Blaze rewards program.
Do I earn Blaze Reward Points for all my transactions?
Except for mark-up costs, cash withdrawals, cash advance fees, late payment fees, over limit fees, return cheque fees, conversion fees, disputed transactions, and insurance cover premiums, you will earn Blaze reward points on all transactions.

How do I know my Credit Limit?
Your credit limit is displayed on your Faysal Bank Credit Card statement, along with your total shared limit (if you hold more than one Faysal Bank Credit Card). For more information, please see the accompanying Card mailer.
How do I know how much I have to pay?
Your Faysal Bank Credit Card statement will include the minimum payment due as well as the payment due date. If you have multiple Faysal Bank Credit Cards, the minimum payment due for each card will display on its own statement.
On each Faysal Bank Credit Card that you possess, you have the option of paying the total available amount or as little as 5% of your outstanding balance or PKR 500, whichever is higher.
Please note that if you have more than one Faysal Bank Credit Card, you will receive individual statements for each Faysal Bank Credit Card. As a result, please make sure that monthly payments for each Faysal Bank Credit Card are done separately.
- Cheques drawn on a bank located outside of the city should be dropped off at least 7 working days prior to the payment due date.
